"Took my money and set it as pending but closing there was no order"
The customer service representative I spoke to, let’s call them Z, tried to help to the best of his abilities but apparently the company itself likes to deny transactions while already having the money put on hold (pending) is already out of the customer’s account. Why would a transaction that is was denied be pending and not denied? Doesn’t make sense. The only thing they do to make the situation right is tell me they’ll look into it in a few days if I don’t have my money back in a few days. No offer of any kind to make up for the money that may or may not be returned(can’t finalize or deny an order that they have no record for) just “hey, it’ll be back or we’ll look into it for you” what exactly are they going to look into? The order that they have no records of? They claim the order wasn’t placed and that’s why they can’t give a refund. If it was never placed then how is it currently pending? Literally told me, (this is an email transcript of the exact conversation) “06:04:03 AM Z*** ******: Yes, the merchant is still finalizing the purchase. However, since there is no purchase, it will not be completed.” You can’t finalize something that isn’t there. It can’t even be in their
e process of finilazing if it doesn’t exist. this company just doesn’t care about their customers or admitting to mistakes

"My first experience buying glasses…"
My first experience buying glasses online and my last one! What a horrible process. I've made an order for some glasses, and they stated that it would take at least 6 days in production, that's fine. Today it has been 12+ days waiting for my order, and nobody knows what happened or what is the current status. I have contacted support several times and they just answer like bots and close the chat not letting me communicate myself or reply to them. Horrible experience, horrible customer service. AVOID.

It is super easy to order glasses and to make them to the specifications you want and need. Also I love that they save your past prescriptions and follow up with your eye doctor. My only issue was I had a lot of trouble editing and removing things from my cart online.

"easy to navigate But needs better descriptions"
The site was easy to navigate. There needs to be a better description on teh transistions. The site failed to explain the slight color tint of the lenses of thee higher end packages. The Out-of-pocket forms failed to populate.
